Produced?
The invention is related to a nano-silver preparation method, wherein the weight-to-part ratio of the raw materials are AgNO3: reducing agents: Gellan glues: auxiliary agents: surfactants =0.81.2:0.80.51.81.82.22.83.2. Preparation: Prepare the aqueous AgNO3 solution and the reducing agent for standby. Mix Gellan Gellan and NaCl or Sugar according to weight/part ratios of Gellan/NaCl/Sugar=1:9-11. Put it in the reactor of the high shear dispersion, emulsifier, add water and heat it up to 5070, rotate the speed at 500700rpm/min. Stir to prepare the mixed solution A. Continue stirring and mixing. Add the auxiliary agents, continue stirring and mixing. The AgNO3 solution in water and the reducing agents were pumped to the reactor. Rotating speed was increased up to 2000-3000rpm/min. After continuous stirring, the nanometer solution with particle sizes of 3-60 nm could be prepared.
